How Training Works

Fielding lessons are available for both baseball and softball players, ages 5 and up. Training sessions are tailored to the athlete's specific position and skill level, combining high-repetition drills with real-world game scenarios to build lasting confidence.

What age groups are these lessons for?

Our fielding lessons are open to baseball and softball athletes of all ages and skill levels, from beginners learning basic mechanics to high school players refining advanced game strategy.

What do I need to bring to the session?

Athletes should bring their own glove and wear appropriate athletic attire. Turfs or tennis shoes are required (no metal cleats). We provide the training equipment and balls.

What focus areas are covered in these lessons?

Training covers footwork, glove-to-hand transitions, reaction time, position-specific mechanics, and situational game IQ to ensure players are ready for real-time game action.

What should players bring to fielding lessons?

Players should bring their glove, a bottle of water, and wear athletic clothing with turf shoes or sneakers (no metal spikes). Baseball or softball pants are recommended for sliding or diving drills.

Are lessons available for both baseball and softball?

Yes! We provide specialized fielding instruction for both baseball and softball players, focusing on the unique footwork and glove mechanics required for each sport.

What age levels do you train?

We work with defenders of all skill levels, from beginners (ages 7+) learning the basics to elite high school and college athletes refining their transition times and game IQ.
