Parker County Baseball & Softball Academy Terms & Conditions

1. General
Parker County Baseball & Softball Academy ("we," "us," or "our") provides baseball and softball training, lessons, camps, clinics, facility rentals, and birthday parties in our indoor cages. By booking a lesson, camp, clinic, rental, or party, or by entering our facility, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Lessons, Training, and Facility Use
• All athletes and guests must follow staff instructions and posted safety rules at all times. • Batting helmets must be worn in cages when hitting. • Only coaches, staff, or authorized adults may operate pitching machines. • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising minors when they are not actively in a lesson or cage. • We reserve the right to remove any person from the facility for unsafe behavior, disrespect, or violation of these rules, without refund. 3. Birthday Parties and Events • Party bookings include only the time and areas specified in your reservation. • Outside food and drink may be allowed only as agreed in advance with our staff. • You are responsible for the behavior and safety of all children and guests in your party. • All guests must follow cage and facility rules, including helmet use and equipment safety. • Any damage to equipment or the facility caused by your group may result in additional charges. 4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. • Our Refunds, Cancellations and Disclaimers policy applies to all lessons, rentals, and parties. • Same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance so we can rebook the cage and allow the instructor time to adjust their schedule. 5. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability Baseball and softball activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to being hit by balls or bats, slipping, tripping, or other injuries. By participating in any activity at our facility, you: • Acknowledge and accept these risks for yourself and/or your child. • Agree that Parker County Baseball & Softball Academy, its owners, coaches, and staff are not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage that may occur, except where prohibited by law. • Agree to supervise your child and follow all safety instructions. 6. Photos, Videos, and Media By entering our facility or participating in any lesson, camp, clinic, rental, or birthday party, you acknowledge and agree that we may take photos and videos within the facility. We reserve the right to use these photos and videos for training, marketing, and promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and printed materials. If you have concerns about the use of a specific image, please contact us at info@pcobaseball.com. 7. Code of Conduct We are committed to providing a positive, respectful environment for all athletes, families, and staff. We do not tolerate: • Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful language or behavior. • Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind. • Destruction or misuse of equipment or property. We reserve the right to remove any person from the facility and/or cancel services without refund for violations of this Code of Conduct. 8. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services or facility after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
