Parker County Baseball & Softball Academy Refunds, Cancellations and Disclaimers

1. General
Parker County Baseball & Softball Academy ("we," "us," or "our") provides baseball and softball training, lessons, camps, clinics, facility rentals, and birthday parties in our indoor cages. This Refunds, Cancellations and Disclaimers policy explains how we handle cancellations, credits, and refunds for our services.
2. Refunds and Credits
If an appointment was booked online, we will credit the account for the service to use on a future day. Same-day cancellations will not be refunded. We require a 24-hour notice of cancellations so we can book the cage being used and allow the instructor time to adjust their schedule.
